I'm sick and need a magical cough remedy! HELP!

I've got precription Robatussin, but it FAILS.

hey do you remember a few years back when the death cough was going around? well i could not sleep worth a damn with the freaking cough anytime i laid down i would have a coughing fit....so i went to the doctor and he gave me mild codine pills, i am not normally the type of person to take pill for getting sick but honestly they suppressed my cough and made me sleep. maybe that will help you until i clears.

The cough medicine I have is codiene in robutussin and it didn't help at all when my cough was at it's worse. It's better now; I can actually sleep at night, which is nice. It is like death cough v2.0. ugh

get some codeine cough syrup, seven up, jolly ranchers and a styrofoam cup - mix together
now get your purple drank on!

Get Watkins vapor rub; rub it on the bottom of your feet then put on socks. Also slather your back, neck and chest. Use a vaporizer too.

When I had my last really bad bout with a cough I took Cough Syrup with Codeine, no luck. Straight up Codeine pills, no luck. Finally what stopped it was an Asthma inhaler. I found it helped open up my airways a bit and thats all I needed.
